Poketensshop Pre-Order Policy

Welcome to the Poketensshop Pre-Order Program! We know how stressful it can be trying to secure your favorite Pokémon TCG products before they sell out. Our pre-order system is designed to give you a fair, guaranteed shot at the most anticipated English and Japanese releases with total peace of mind.

By placing a pre-order with Poketensshop, you agree to the clear terms outlined below.

1. Payment & Allocation Guarantees

  • Upfront Payment: To secure your allocation, payment is processed in full at the time of checkout. This allows us to lock in our distribution numbers directly with our suppliers so we can fulfill your order.
  • Guaranteed Stock: We only list pre-orders based on highly conservative allocation numbers provided by our distributors. In the incredibly rare event of a manufacturer shortage or under-allocation, orders will be fulfilled on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Any unfulfillable orders will be immediately refunded in full.

2. Shipping & Release Dates

  • The Ship Window: Pre-orders are scheduled to ship out on the official release date of the product, or within 24 to 48 business hours following it.

  • Mixed Orders Note: If your order contains both currently available items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until the final pre-order item releases. If you want your in-stock items right away, please place two separate orders.

  • Publisher Delays: Release dates are determined by The Pokémon Company and can occasionally change. If a manufacturer delay occurs, your pre-order remains safe, and we will update you via email immediately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Because we commit funds directly to our distributors to lock in your products, pre-order cancellations are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellations requested before the product ships are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This covers non-refundable credit card processing fees and distributor adjustment penalties.

  • Once a pre-order item has shipped or entered our dispatch queue, it cannot be canceled or modified.
